Consumer dispute resolution and arbitration

In disputes with us about certain rights and obligations under the German Telecommunications Act, consumers can apply for an arbitration procedure with the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) under § 68 TKG. Information is available at www.bundesnetzagentur.de.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a general consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
