Your cancellation

Type of cancellation

Ordinary cancellation With notice, at the end of the contract term or on the earliest possible date. Extraordinary cancellation For good cause, for example if you move to an address we cannot supply.

Good to know

Notice periods The agreed and the statutory notice periods under § 56 TKG apply. Details can be found in our terms and conditions.
Moving house If we cannot supply your new address, you can cancel with one month’s notice (§ 60 TKG). Please send us proof by email.
Rented devices Please return rented routers after the contract ends. You can get a free return label via vertrieb@dtnetservice.de.
